This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the constraints and requirements for using the BDS Growth
Engine platform. We are committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and trusted environment for
business marketing.
1. Policy Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to prevent the misuse of our automation tools and to ensure compliance with
the terms of service of all integrated social media platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and
others). This policy applies to all users, including those operating under White-Label Agency accounts
and their end users.
2. Prohibited Content
Users may NOT use BDS Growth Engine to generate, upload, or publish content that falls into the following
categories:
- Political Propaganda: Content intended to influence elections, public policy, or political
opinion.
- Adult Content: Pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material.
- Hate Speech: Discriminatory, derogatory, or abusive language targeting individuals or
groups.
- Misinformation: Intentionally deceptive, false, or misleading information ("Fake
News").
- Violence: Content promoting or inciting violence or physical harm.
- Illegal Acts: Content promoting illegal activities, substances, or goods.
- Spam: Repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Impersonation: Content that misrepresents your identity or falsely implies endorsement by
any third party.
ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY: Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and
permanent termination of service without refund.
3. Professional Business Use Requirement
This platform is designed exclusively for legitimate business entities, agencies, and professional
personal brands. Personal accounts used for non-business purposes are not supported.
4. Automation & Auto-Pilot Usage
Users who enable automation features (including "Auto-Pilot" mode, scheduled publishing, and batch
publishing) acknowledge and agree that:
- Automation features are disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled by the
user.
- Users accept sole and complete responsibility for all content published
automatically, including content that may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or otherwise problematic.
- BDS Growth Engine and Business Development Source Corp accept no liability
whatsoever
for consequences arising from automated content publishing.
- Users waive any and all claims against BDS Growth Engine, Business Development Source Corp, and
their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, and affiliates related to
automated content.
Recommendation: We strongly advise all users to review content drafts before enabling
automation. Automation is a convenience tool for experienced users and does not relieve you of your
responsibility to ensure content quality and compliance.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Content generated by the Platform uses artificial intelligence. Users acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
- AI-generated article lengths may vary by approximately ±15% from the requested word count.
- Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content.
- BDS Growth Engine makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, originality, or fitness of
AI-generated
content for any purpose.
6. Enforcement
We actively monitor usage patterns for violations of this policy. If we detect or receive reports of
prohibited content:
- We will immediately suspend or terminate the offending account.
- We will revoke all API access tokens associated with the account.
- We may report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
- We reserve the right to disclose account information to law enforcement upon valid legal request.
7. Reporting Misuse
If you observe any violation of this policy by a BDS Growth Engine user, please report it immediately to
abuse@businessdevelopmentsource.com.
8. White-Label Agency Users
White-Label Agency subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring that all content created by their
end users and clients complies with this Acceptable Use Policy. BDS Growth Engine and Business
Development Source Corp accept no liability for content published by White-Label Agency subscribers or
their end users.
Social media account connections are powered by BDS Growth Engine's enterprise infrastructure. The OAuth
authorization consent screen will display "BDS Growth Engine" as the requesting application, regardless
of any white-label branding applied.
9. Limitation of Liability
BDS GROWTH ENGINE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SOURCE CORP (ITS PARENT COMPANY), AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS,
DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SHAREHOLDERS, AND AFFILIATES ACCEPT NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR CONTENT
GENERATED, APPROVED, PUBLISHED, OR DISTRIBUTED BY USERS OF THE PLATFORM — WHETHER THROUGH MANUAL
APPROVAL OR VIA AUTOMATION FEATURES INCLUDING THE "AUTO-PILOT" TOGGLE. USERS ASSUME FULL AND SOLE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL CONTENT AND ACTIONS TAKEN THROUGH THEIR ACCOUNTS. YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM IS
ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
