The Global Publishing Gateway.
Unlike the regular "Drafts" page which only shows content for one specific client at a time, the Agency "Approval Queue" pulls every single pending draft from your entire agency roster into one master list.
The Master Queue
If you gave junior staff the "Create Content" permission but restricted their "Publish Directly" permissions, any video or article they generate automatically lands here for your final blessing.
🔎 Global Filtering
When you have hundreds of drafts waiting, use the three dropdowns at the top to sort the chaos:
- By Client: Select a specific client to only view their pending work.
- By Platform: Filter by "YouTube", "WordPress", "Instagram", etc.
- By Type: Separate the long-form "Articles" from the short-form "Videos".
Approving Content
Every draft is presented as a rapid-review card.
🗂️ Draft Cards & Audit Trails
Each card is packed with vital meta-data so you can quickly scan without clicking:
- Client Avatar & Badges: Instantly identity who the post is for (e.g. MLD), the Content Type (e.g. ARTICLE), and the target network (e.g. WordPress).
- Audit Trail: Look for the "✍️ Submitted by..." text. This instantly tells you exactly which staff member or AI automation rule triggered this post to be created, holding your team accountable.
- Content Snippet: Read the first 250 characters of the post to ensure it matches the brand voice.
✅ Single-Click vs Bulk Approvals
At the bottom of every card are standard "✓ Approve" and "✕ Reject" buttons for manual, one-by-one reviews.
However, if you trust the batch of AI content entirely, you can use the checkboxes on the left side of the cards in combination with the Bulk Actions Bar at the top. Click "Select All" and hit "✓ Approve Selected" to instantly push 50 posts live at once.
