πŸ€– Autopilot (autopilot.html)

The Core Automation Engine.

This is the most powerful page on the platform. The Autopilot page is where you command the AI to operate your business autonomously. It acts as the central brainβ€”checking your schedule, generating content from your pillars, and pushing it live while you sleep.

The Command Center (Top Level Controls)

At the top of the page, you'll find the global settings and analytics that dictate how your Autopilot runs.

πŸ”Œ Master Autopilot Control

This is the global kill switch. When this master toggle is ON, the background worker wakes up every 3 hours. It looks at your calendar for the next 7 days, checks your configured schedule (e.g., "Post 3 Videos a Week"), and if it finds gaps, it generates perfectly tailored content using your Brand Setup to fill those slots.

Safety Note: The Autopilot features a built-in Smart Buffer Cap. If Auto-Approve is OFF, the system allows you to hoard drafts up to 2x your weekly quota (e.g., 14 drafts if your target is 7). Once you hit that cap, it automatically pauses generation to protect you from runaway API charges.

πŸ“Š Dashboard & Telemetry

A real-time HUD of what the AI is currently doing. You can view exactly when the bot last woke up, how many drafts are pending your review, and a visual progress bar indicating your 7-Day Calendar Coverage. There is also a collapsible log to monitor any failed generations.

πŸ“ Your Brand Profile

Autopilot is smart enough to pull your configuration from other pages. This panel displays a read-only list of the Content Pillars and Brand Voice tone it is currently using to brainstorm ideas. (To change these, you must visit the respective setup modules).

🌐 Enrich with Live Internet

When enabled, you grant the AI permission to scrape the live internet, pulling trending news and social sentiment to ensure the automated posts it writes are contextually relevant to what is happening in the world today.

βœ… Auto-Approve

Handle with care. By default, Autopilot places all generated content into your "Drafts" tab under "Pending Review." If you toggle Auto-Approve ON, you are bypassing human intervention. The AI will generate the content and instantly schedule it for live social media publishing entirely on its own.

🟒 Engage Toggles (Per-Section Control)

Each content section (Videos, Articles, Social Posts) has its own Engage toggle in the top-right corner. This is your per-section kill switch. Even if the master Autopilot toggle is ON, only the sections you have explicitly Engaged will generate content during the 3-hour scheduled runs. Default is OFF β€” so nothing generates until you opt in.

Example: If you only want Autopilot to produce Videos, toggle Engage ON for Videos and leave Articles and Social Posts OFF. This way, you're never charged for content types you don't need.

🎭 Avatar Restriction on Generate Button

The manual Generate button on this page does not support Avatar (Spokesperson) video generation. If you have an Avatar selected and click Generate, the request will be blocked with an error message.

Avatar videos can be generated in two ways: (1) Manually from the Quick Post (create.html) page, or (2) Automatically through Scheduled Autopilot Runs, which route to our dedicated AI Factory GPU cluster.

πŸš€ Batch Generate & Scheduling Configuration

This massive section is the true engine room. This is where you tell the AI exactly what to build, how many to build, and when to post them. It is divided into three format lanes: Videos, Articles, and Social Posts.

For each content type, you can hit the prominent purple Generate button (e.g., "Generate [5] videos from my pillars") to force the AI to instantly brainstorm and batch-produce that exact number of posts in one click.

⚠️ Important β€” Stagger Your Preferred Times: The scheduling engine uses a global time-slot system across all content types. If you set Videos, Articles, and Social Posts to the exact same preferred time (e.g., all at 9:00 AM), they may be pushed to different days to avoid slot collisions.

Best Practice: Stagger each content type's preferred time by at least 5 minutes. For example: Videos at 9:00 AM, Articles at 9:05 AM, Social Posts at 9:10 AM. This ensures all three types land on the same days as intended.

Lane-Specific Settings

Before batch-generating, you must configure the aesthetics and parameters for each lane. (Don't forget to hit "Save Settings" inside each block!)
