Your Content Conveyer Belt.

Imagine the Draft Center as a giant conveyer belt in a digital factory. The AI robot builds videos and articles, and then places them on this conveyer belt for you to inspect before they get shipped out to the world. Absolutely nothing gets published to your social media until you click "Approve".

The Perspective (Global View)

At the very top left, you will notice the 👤 Managing for: dropdown toggle. If you are an agency managing 10 different brands, you don't have to log in and out all day. You can just click the dropdown, pick a client, and the conveyer belt instantly shifts to show only that client's videos!

Filtering and Uploading

If you're staring at 100 drafts, you can easily use the Filter by Platform (e.g., show me only YouTube) and Filter by Content Type (e.g., show me only Articles) dropdowns to clean up your screen.

Want to use a video you shot on your iPhone instead of an AI video? Click the big, dark blue 📤 Upload Media button in the top right. (Just remember, you have a 15-minute maximum limit for your personal video uploads to keep the servers blazing fast! If you run out of room, just delete an old upload to make space for a new one. Need more space? You can reach out to support to request a limit increase; we review these on a case-by-case basis and may approve up to 60 minutes).

The Pipeline (The Tabs)

Right underneath your filters, you will see a row of Tabs. These tabs show exactly where a piece of content is sitting in its lifecycle:

Pending Review (The Inbox): When the AI finishes making a piece of content, it lands here for your inspection. Each piece of content sits in its own "card" loaded with options depending on what type of content it is:
- For Both Articles & Videos: You can click Review to see exactly how it will look online, Edit to rewrite the title or hashtags manually, or simply Approve / Reject / Delete. Agencies can also click Send to Review to push it to a Manager, or Transfer to instantly move it to a different client's account!
- Exclusive to Videos: Videos have two extra superpowers! You can click Edit Video to swap out the background footage, or click Regenerate Video to have the AI completely rebuild the video from scratch with a brand new script.
Manager Review: This is a super-secret agency feature! If you hire a Virtual Assistant, any content they approve lands here so the actual boss can double-check it before it goes live.
Approved: Content that is perfect and ready to go, but hasn't been given a specific date on the calendar yet.
Scheduled: Content sitting on the launchpad with a specific date and time attached. You don't have to touch it anymore; it will go live automatically!
Published: The hall of fame. A permanent receipt of everything you've ever successfully launched to the internet.
Rejected & Failed: If you throw a draft in the trash, it sits in Rejected. If Instagram's servers break and refuse to accept your post, it drops into Failed so you know exactly why it didn't go up.

Fast Actions (Bulk Management)

In a rush? You don't have to manually review 50 Facebook posts one by one. You can simply click the Select All checkbox on the left, and then smash the green Approve Selected button or red Reject Selected button to clean out your inbox in 3 seconds flat.
