🖼️ Media Vault (media-vault.html)
Storing and injecting your personal brand assets into AI content.
The Media Vault is your personal asset library. Instead of relying entirely on cinematic stock footage, the AI engine can dynamically pull your uploaded images and weave them into the timeline of your generated videos.
Uploading to the Vault
You can upload up to a collective 50MB of images to your vault. We support standard formats like PNG, JPG, and WEBP. Each individual image should ideally be under 3MB to ensure fast video rendering times.
What should you upload?
- Pictures of your physical office or storefront.
- Team photos or behind-the-scenes shots.
- Before-and-after photos of your work (e.g., contracting, landscaping).
- Product photography.
How the AI Uses Your Vault
When you generate a video (either manually in Quick Post or via Autopilot), the AI analyzes the script it just wrote. If it detects a scene where your uploaded images would be highly relevant, it will automatically pull an image from the Vault and inject it into the video timeline using our cinematic 2.5D parallax effect.
Enforcing Vault Usage: If you want to guarantee the AI uses your assets, go to the Autopilot Config page and toggle on "Prefer My Vault Imagery". This forces the engine to prioritize your uploads over general internet stock footage whenever possible.
Agency Quota Governance (Admins)
If you are an Agency Admin, the 50MB vault limit is a Zero-Sum Resource. If you allocate 10MB of storage to a sub-client via the Client Management page, that 10MB is instantly deducted from your master agency pool. This ensures strict infrastructure limits are enforced across multi-tenant deployments.
