✅ Published (receipts.html)

Your historical accounting ledger.

Think of the Published page as a permanent accounting ledger. Every time your calendar successfully pushes an automated post live to a network like Facebook or YouTube, it prints a permanent receipt right here on this page.

The Paper Trail

At the very top of the screen, you will see your total lifetime publishing metrics. Below that, your history is beautifully organized into individual cards. Each receipt proves the system did its job by providing the exact timestamp it launched, the internal Platform ID, and a permanent, clickable 🔗 View on [Platform] ➔ link so you can instantly go view your live post out in the wild!

Where is the video file? (Data Retention)

You might notice that the actual video file no longer plays here once it is published. Because high-quality AI video generation creates massive multi-gigabyte files, we cannot physically store the raw video files on our SaaS servers forever.

Depending on your specific subscription tier, the physical background .mp4 file is permanently purged off our servers after 7 to 37 days to optimize server speeds. However, this paper receipt remains forever! Even if the raw video file is deleted from our databases, you will always have the clickable link here taking you directly to the live video permanently hosted on your social media account.

Why is there no "Delete" Button?

You'll notice that you cannot delete these posts from our software. This is a very intentional architectural design! BDS Growth Engine is a "one-way" launchpad. Once we successfully hand the video off to Facebook or YouTube, it now physically belongs to them.

If you change your mind and want to delete a video off your social media page, you must log into your actual social media app to delete it. This receipt page is strictly an immutable, permanent record proving that our automation successfully delivered the payload.
