The Administrative Hub.

The Settings page looks wildly different depending on who is logged in. Because BDS Growth Engine is built on a multi-tenant role-based architecture, users only see the administrative controls they have permission to access.

Universal Settings Visible to Everyone

Every single user—whether they are a solo founder, an Agency Admin, or an invited Client—will see these foundational cards:

👤 Profile & 🔗 Connected Platforms

Users can update their Display Name, Email, and Password. They can also view a read-only list of all their active OAuth connection statuses (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure the engine has publishing rights.

🔔 Notifications

Granular toggle switches that dictate which emails the user receives. Options include alerts for "New Drafts Ready," "Publish Success/Failure," "Weekly Digests," and critical "Autopilot Error Alerts."

📊 Usage & Plan

A transparent tracker showing the user's exact current tier, user status, how many social platforms they've connected vs. their limit, and their real-time consumption of Video Minutes and Article generations for the month.

⚠️ Danger Zone

Irreversible actions. Users can forcibly disconnect their Google/Meta platforms or entirely delete their account and wipe their associated system data.

Account Ownership Gating SaaS Subscribers Only

The following card handles real money. Therefore, it is strictly hidden from "Staff" and "Client" roles. Only the individual who entered their credit card to purchase the BDS Growth SaaS subscription will see this.

💳 Billing & Subscription

  • Displays the current Billing Cycle (Monthly/Annual) and the Next Billing Date.
  • Update Card: Securely change the payment method on file.
  • Open Stripe Portal: Deep-links the user directly to their secure Stripe portal to download historic tax invoices and receipts.
  • Cancel Subscription: Initiates the automated cancellation flow.

The Agency Suite Pro/Enterprise Agencies Only

If you subscribe to one of our top-tier Agency plans, the platform completely transforms. Not only does the sidebar expand to include powerful management tools, but the Settings page unlocks your white-label controls.

👥 Agency Sidebar Menus

Top-tier accounts gain access to an entirely new "AGENCY" section in their left navigation bar:

  • Clients: Invite your clients into perfectly isolated "sub-accounts." They see only their brand, their drafts, and their schedule.
  • Staff: Invite unlimited VAs or employees and assign them granular permissions (e.g., "Can edit drafts, but cannot approve").
  • Approval Queue: A master feed of all posts waiting for Admin sign-off across your entire client roster.
  • Activity Log: A permanent audit trail tracking exactly which staff member or client clicked which button.

🎨 Agency Branding (White-Label)

This is where you disguise the BDS Growth Engine as your own proprietary software. Note: This is different from the "Brand Setup" page (which dictates how the AI writes). This panel dictates how the software UI looks.

  • Agency Display Name: The name of your marketing company.
  • Agency Logo: Upload your own logo. When your clients and staff log in, they will see your logo at the top of the screen instead of the BDS Growth logo.
  • Primary & Accent Colors: Enter your brand's exact hex codes. The buttons, links, and system accents will automatically switch to match your agency's exact color palette!
